You've tried the schedules. Read the books. Followed the advice. And your child still isn't sleeping the way everyone says they should.

Before you start wondering what you're doing wrong, consider this: most sleep advice was written for an average child. The problem is that very few children are actually average. Generic guidance can't account for who your child specifically is.

A different kind of sleep support.

Most sleep resources focus on routines and schedules. We look further than that. Sleep is deeply connected to how a child's nervous system is developing, and to where they are in their development at any given moment. Our guides are written with that in mind, so you're not just following instructions that were never meant for your child.

We also don't believe children need to be left to cry alone to sleep well. Responding to your child is not a mistake. It's where good sleep begins.

"Responding to your child is not a mistake. It's where good sleep begins."

The person behind Bloom & Rest

I'm Veronika, a psychologist and certified child sleep consultant with over 7 years of experience working with families on children's sleep.

I built Bloom & Rest after years of working with parents who had tried everything. Every book, every schedule, every method. Their child still wasn't sleeping. The problem was never what they were doing. It was that none of the advice was written for their specific child.

I look at the full picture: how the child's nervous system is developing, what temperament they carry, what stage they're going through. There's no single right answer. There's only what works for your family.

What parents say

"
My daughter falls asleep within 20 minutes now and sleeps through most nights. I finally feel like I understand what she needs instead of guessing every single evening.

"
I had tried so many approaches before. None of them accounted for who my son actually is. This was completely different, and the results have been incomparable.
