01 Products

The Website offers digital products only, including but not limited to PDF guides, ebooks, and related digital materials focused on children's sleep, temperament, and family wellbeing ("Products"). No physical goods are shipped, and no consulting or coaching services are sold through this Website unless explicitly stated on the relevant product page.

02 Orders and Payment

All orders are placed directly through the Website. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are listed in Euro (EUR).

We are not currently registered for VAT, so the prices shown are the final prices with no VAT added. If this changes, applicable VAT will be calculated and shown before you complete payment.

By completing checkout, you confirm that the payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

03 Delivery

Digital Products are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes of payment confirmation. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam or promotions folder if the Product does not arrive.

If you do not receive your Product within 24 hours, please contact [email protected].

04 Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Under EU consumer protection law, you normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun, provided that:

• you have given your prior express consent to immediate delivery before the withdrawal period ends, and
• you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the Product has been delivered.

All sales are final and non-refundable once the Product has been delivered, except where required by applicable law. In the case of a defective or non-functioning file, a replacement will be provided.

05 License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a Product, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, share, or publish the Product or any part of it in any form;
• upload the Product to file-sharing platforms or any public or membership site;
• use the Product for commercial purposes, including within your own paid or free offers, courses, or coaching practice;
• claim authorship of the Product or its content.

All Products remain the intellectual property of Mgr. Veronika Pružinská. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may result in legal action.

06 Educational Purpose Disclaimer

The content provided in the Products is intended for general educational and informational purposes related to children's sleep and temperament. It is not a substitute for individualized professional, medical, or psychological advice. If your child has a medical condition or you have concerns about their health or development, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Results described in the Products are based on general principles and may vary depending on individual circumstances.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mgr. Veronika Pružinská shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have as an EU consumer.
